I, the undersigned being the properly authorised representative for the location(s) as names on this form, hereby declare that all information I have provided is, to the best of my knowledge, true. I give permission for all the information I have provided (included all associated photographic material to be held on computerised databases and consent to all such information being disclosed to permissions for the purpose of collating a database of contacts in regards to available film locations within Argyll & Bute as per the terms outlined in the declaration above. Your information will be retained on Argyll and Bute Council databases as a resource to be made available on request. You should also be aware that your data will be stored on services location within the United Kingdom; the data will not be processed outside the European Union. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is kept securely and more information on how we do this is provided on the Council website (https://www.argyll-bute.gov.uk/privacy/film-office-register-locations) or can be provided in paper format on request by the Film Office.
